Gabriel Martins and Maurilio Martins have been directing films since 2006. Their short films have been screened in festivals like Cannes, Clermont-Ferrand, Rotterdam, Brasilia, Indie Lisboa and many more. They are partners in the company Filmes de Plástico along with Thiago Macêdo Correia and André Novais Oliveira. The company is responsible for films like “Ela Volta na Quinta” (“She Comes Back on Thursday”), “Temporada” (“Long Way Home”) and “No Coração do Mundo” (“In The Heart of the World”).
