With the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war, he emigrated with his family to Dubai.
1991-1996 graduated from the Sergei Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography in Moscow (VGIK) and headed the Leica Academy in Russia (2011-13). Official photographer for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in Sochi (2013-14). The member of the Union of Photo Artists of Russia.

- 2021-2022 Worked on a book and documentary “Antarctica. The last continent”.
- 2019-2020 Participated in the 64th and 65th Russian Antarctic Expedition.
- 2017-2020 Worked with a cooperation PTK group and Russian rail roads on special
project “the Iron road” dedicated to Russian railways
- 2000-2019 Managed the “special projects” division for Vestnik Evropy in Russia and The
Herald of Europe in the UK.
Worked on a number of personal long term projects for the Moscow Young
Generation Theater and in London, Paris and Rome.
- 2015-2017 Director of photography for the Roads of Russia multimedia online project.
- 2013-2014 Official photographer at the opening and closing ceremonies of the Winter
Olympic and Paralympic Games in Sochi.
- 2011-2013 Headed the Leica Akademie Russia.
