Synopsis
1925. International Art Exhibition in Paris. Le Corbusier declares: "The only thing that deserves attention is the pavilion of Konstantin Melnikov", a star of the Russian avant-garde. Now the whole world follows the fate of the Soviet architect. He designs Lenin's sarcophagus, builds garages and clubs, but most importantly, he creates his own house. A house that will become the pinnacle of his creativity, and later a prison for the author himself. His career as an architect will be ended by his student, who issued him a ban on the profession. And all subsequent projects will remain on paper. The documentary film "Melnikov" tells about what the architect left behind.
